This is a very nice Canadian trilobite. It is a complete Leviceraurus mammilloides from Ontario, Canada. We just acquired this specimen from a major trilobite collection. The trilobite is nicely outstretched and wonderfully prone. The thick shell exoskeleton is well-preserved. The end of the left tailspine has been restored, but that is minor, considering the rest of the bug is so nice. The trilobite is aesthetically centered on the rectangular matrix block, and sits right next to a rare Ordovician worm! This is a great example of this elusive type of Ceraurus from Canada.
