Here is a very large specimen of Diacalymene ouzregui from the Ordovician of Morocco. This trilobite is extremely 3-dimensional and very well articulated. The cephalon, thorax and pygidium line up very nicely. It is not composited like some specimens we have seen, nor does it have the cephalon lifted above the rest of the body. Both free cheeks appear to be present - the right cheek is still partially covered with matrix. This is a very nice example of a Diacalymene from Morocco.
