Here is a very nice trilobite from Canada. This is Olenellus sp. from the Lower Cambrian. The trilobite is complete and nicely articulated. This trilobite exhibits very fine detail. The crescent-shaped eyes are quite evident and the pleural spines are nicely displayed. The tiny pygidium is present - even a portion of the "tail spine" is preserved. Sitting directly beside the complete trilobite are two large Olenellus cephalons. Although not pictured, the counterpart of this specimen is also included. This is a very well defined Olenellus from Canada.
