Here is an unusual plate of trilobites from China. These are Arthricocephalus and Changaspis from the Cambrian Changaspis layers. Arthricocephalus is much more uncommon and totally different in appearance than Changaspis. These ovoid trilobites are wonderfully articulated and exhibit very fine detail (MUCH better than the photo shows). The bugs have very good color and contrast and are beautifully showcased on the natural plate of shale that also contains many growth stages. This is an excellent multiple example of these uncommon Cambrian trilobites.
