This is an excellent, prone specimen of Ductina ductifrons from the Devonian of Germany. This specimen was acquired from a major trilobite collection. The ancient arthropod is 3-dimensional and wonderfully articulated. The trilobite displays very fine form and detail. The brown fossil contrasts nicely with the greenish-grey matrix. The bug is well showcased on the large block of matrix. This is a very collectible specimen of an unusual species of trilobite from Germany.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
