Name:
Eudolitites sp., Onnia superba Age: Ordovician Formation: Ktaoua Formation Location: Morocco Size: Plate is 9.5 inches across Price:SOLD
This is a fabulous multiple trilobite plate from the Ordovician of Morocco. The three very large trilobites are Eudolitites sp. All three specimens are complete and well articulated, the largest one being almost 6 inches long! The small trilobite on the bottom left is a nice example of Onnia superba. This trilobite is also complete and well articulated. Although both of these types of trilobites are from the same formation, they are RARELY found together. The fossils are naturally positioned on the large slab of sandstone - there has been no compositing or placement of specimens on this plate. This is an extremely displayable plate of two VERY different trilobites from the Ordovician of Morocco.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
